First five avoids the bullpen

It is a bet on the result or total runs after five innings. It focuses on the starting pitchers, who usually leave the game around that point.
What happens if the listed pitcher doesn't start?
For bets that name the pitchers, a change of starter can void the bet. Action bets stand whoever starts. The market rules show which applies.
When are MLB games played in Indian time?
Most MLB games are played between about 4:30 AM and 10:30 AM IST. NPB and KBO games run in the Indian afternoon.
