You can open an ID if you are an adult of legal age for online gaming in the place where you live. Checking that online gaming is allowed there is your responsibility, and the Is Powerplay247 legal page explains how Indian law treats it.

Each person can hold one ID. An account opened for someone else, shared between friends or bought from a reseller breaks these terms and can be closed.

Your username and password belong to you alone. Anything done after a correct login is treated as done by you, so keep the details private and change your password if you think someone else has seen it.

Deposits are made to payment details issued in the official WhatsApp chat. Details sent by anyone else, including people in groups who claim to be managers, are not ours, and Powerplay247 cannot recover money paid to them.

Your balance is credited once the payment is matched. Keep the 12-digit UTR or a screenshot until the amount shows in your wallet.

A bet is accepted once it shows as placed or matched in your bet history, and you can't cancel it after that. The one exception is an exchange bet that nobody has matched yet, which you can cancel from your open bets.

Results settle under the betting rules. If a price is plainly wrong because of a technical or human error, the bets affected can be voided or settled at the correct price.

Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or UPI ID in the same name as the ID. A new payout account is verified once before its first payout.

Most withdrawals settle within minutes once the balance check clears. An open bet on that money, bonus rollover you haven't finished or processing at your bank can add time.

Each offer has its own conditions, such as a minimum deposit or a rollover target, and your manager confirms them before you accept. Bonus money can't be withdrawn until those conditions are met.

If someone uses several IDs, coordinates bets with other players or abuses an offer in some other way, the bonus and any winnings made with it can be removed.

Powerplay247 can suspend or close an ID that breaks these terms. You'll be told why, unless the law or a fraud investigation prevents it. You can also ask to close your own ID at any time.

• Underage use, or false identity details
• More than one ID for the same person
• Payments from someone else's bank account or UPI ID
• Match fixing, collusion or automated betting software
• Abuse or threats towards staff or other players

If you disagree with a result or a transaction, message support with your ID, the bet or transaction reference and a screenshot. A manager checks it against the betting rules and your account records, then replies in the same chat.

Yes. The terms are updated when the platform or the law changes, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using your ID after a change, you accept the new version.
