What does the support desk do?

The official WhatsApp desk creates your ID, confirms when it is live, clears OTP locks, matches a UTR to a deposit and follows up on withdrawals. That is onboarding and support. The desk does not place bets on your behalf, and this site doesn't sell that as a service.

What should an agent never do?

• Keep your password or ask you to forward every OTP.
• Collect a deposit on a personal UPI because 'the site is down'.
• Charge a joining fee outside the Powerplay247 wallet.
• Promise a fixed return on IPL, which nobody explaining an exchange honestly would do.

If all you ever see is a screenshot the agent sends you, you don't have an ID. Ask for a login on your own number and follow the registration guide. Walk away if they refuse.

What about partner exchanges?

Some players are also offered partner exchanges. Those are separate books that can run on a network ID, and you should still hold your own login for each one.
